About Me
I am a licensed psychologist who provides evidenced-based outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults in a person-centered and strategic way. I utilize a blend of therapeutic styles, including cognitive-behavioral, narrative, solution-focused, humanistic, and motivational interviewing techniques.
I am a genuine, approachable, and committed provider. I take pride in my work, and I am humbled by the people with whom I work.
My Education, Training, and Experience
My training and career have been almost entirely focused on providing outpatient mental health care. I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Vermont, and I received my Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from William James College (formerly the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology). I gained a variety of skills through my pre-doctoral internships at Boston Public Schools and Riverside Community Care, as well as an APA accredited internship with Youth Opportunities Upheld, Inc. in Worcester, MA. Since this time, I have worked as a psychologist at Lifestance Health where I conducted outpatient psychotherapy with individuals and families, as well as psychological assessment, biofeedback treatment, and group therapy. Additionally, as Associate Site Director, I oversaw staff and supervised intern trainees at the organization’s office in Auburn, Massachusetts. I bring these clinical experiences to my practice each day, and I enjoy integrating research and training in my work with patients.
